Animal Justice with Anna Pippus, Sea Shepherd Adventures with Roy Sasano, “What in the World” update with Chris Cook

Anna Pippus is a lawyer, and Director of Farmed Animal Advocacy at Animal Justice. She’s also an activist, a strategist, a writer, and a mother. We talk about about the philosophy of veganism generally, and specifically the ongoing #pigtrial where Anita Krajnc is defending herself against charges after giving water to a suffering pig on its way to slaughter. Roy Sasano volunteered as Executive Director and Communication Officer aboard the Sea Shepherd’s Farley Mowat vessel in the Sea of Cortez from the Fall of 2015-Spring 2016. Their mission was to track gill net poachers trapping the endangered Totoaba fish whose bladders are valuable on the Chinese Market. Also trapped are Vaquita Porpoises, the world’s smallest and rarest cetacean and the most endangered marine mammal in the world. And, Chris Cook with a “What in the World” update.
