Earth Day organizer Steve Filipovic, Tent City Legalities with Jasmine McAdams, Chris Cook and a “What in the World” update

Steve Filipovic has been one of the main organizers for the Earth Walk for way over a decade, he’s also an activist for peace and economic/social justice and realizes the connections.  Earth Day is a chance to celebrate the work activists do to try and protect wild nature, a sustainable lifestyle, peaceful relations, and the rights of all creatures to live without fear of torture or death.  And it’s happening this weekend in Victoria!  Jasmine McAdams was one of the lawyers inside the provincial courthouse recently supporting the rights of homeless campers on the lands adjacent to Victoria’s courthouse.  She tells us what the case is about, and what we can watch for in the future.  Also, Chris Cook with a “What in the World” update.
