Art Farquharson and May Day, Chris’ What in the World update, How to be Vegan from “Animal Voices” radio

Art Farquharson has been a member of various unions, and an activist for social justice, for many years.  He tells us some of the labour history leading up to May Day, why we “workers” should all be interested and involved, and about some of the activities planned locally.  Animal Voices is an independently produced radio show airing on Coop Radio from Vancouver BC, they offer tips and advice for people moving in the plant based direction.  And, Chris Cook tells a inspired story about his efforts, as a younger man, attempting to liberate aquatic animals from a life of slavery.
