Liz McArthur and the Unist’ot’en Camp, Ban the Carriages Rally, and Christie Clark’s 1st Day of School for Gorilla Radio Sept 3 14

Liz McArthur is CFUV‘s News Director, and this summer she travelled on the bus bringing supplies to the Unist’ot’en Land Defenders.   Liz shares stories about what she experienced there, and some of the information she collected for the radio documentary she’s preparing.  Then, audio recorded at a rally to draw attention to the working horses on Labour Day.  The Raging Kucing and friends met with lots of support, and some nay-sayers, for their efforts.  Also available is full audio from the September 2nd Rally at BC’s Legislature including spoken word poetry from Jeremy Loveday, songs from the Raging Grannies, and a huge variety of speakers supporting public schools, teachers, and the unions.
