Sean Condon and Vancouver’s Megaphone Magazine, a round table discussion about homelessness in Victoria-WOC 021314

Sean Condon is Executive Director at Vancouver’s Megaphone Magazine, this is a rebroadcast of a recent conversation with him about changes to Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside and the impacts of gentrification on surrounding municipalities.  Also, a round table discussion about the state of homelessness and poverty in Victoria with local activists Kelly Newhook (Together Against Poverty Society), Seb Bonet (Vancouver Island Public Interest Research Group), Kym Hothead (Committee to End Homelessness Victoria), and Janine Bandcroft (Victoria Street Newz).  The latter was originally produced for the Homelessness Marathon.
