Ginny Messina and vegan health for the over 50 set; Ruby Roth and animal friendly books for kids – for WOC Feb 13 14

Ginny Messina is a registered dietician and new book, Never Too Late To Go Vegan, talks about the health benefits and empowerment associated with shifting to a plant based diet … at any age.  Ruby Roth is a children’s book author, and artist, her latest is titled That’s Why We Don’t Eat Animals.  Also, Eric Nordal from Social Coast with an update about some groovy goings on in and around Victoria.
