TJ Watt and the Ancient Forest Alliance, Pashta Marymoon and death midwifery, for WOC Nov 7 2013

The last of the ancient forests continue to be clearcut for corporate profits, on Vancouver Island and elsewhere in British Columbia, with approval and assistance from the provincial Liberal government.  TJ Watt is one of the founders of the Ancient Forest Alliance, he recently flew over the island and reports on what he saw.  Check out his photos on Facebook.  In the second half, Pashta Marymoon is a founder of the Canadian Integrative Network for Death Education and Alternatives.  She explains what it is to be a death midwife, and how people can coordinate green do-it-yourself burials if they so choose.
