Winds of Change July 4 2013 – Get on the Documentary Bus with Mandy Leith, Superfood inspiration from Danielle Arsenault

On June 1st Mandy Leith, founder of Open Cinema in Victoria, hopped into her VW bus and headed eastward to speak with documentary film makers, film screeners, film festival organizers, and create a network that spans this vast nation.  From Winnipeg, in a park overlooking the Red River, Mandy shares some of what she’s learned so far.  Then, Eric Nordal with an update from Social Coast, including news about the caravan headed for the Unist’ot’en Forest Defender Camp next week.  And finally Danielle Arsenault, founder of Pacha Vega, talks about Superfoods and how to ensure your particular body is getting all the nutrients it needs to be the healthiest you can be.
