Winds of Change – Jan 31 13 – Christina Nikolic and Cuban agriculture, Eric Nordal and Social Coast, Kevin Henry and Idle No More

Christina Nikolic advocates for organics through her volunteer work with SOUL (Society for Organic Urban Land Care), her teaching at GAIA College, and her Organic Gardener’s Pantry business.  Today she shares some of what she learned about Cuba’s agricultural processes, while visiting there recently.  Eric Nordal talks about the new – Social Coast campaign, Taking the Names Down From the Hill, and other activities happening around town.  And Kevin Henry is a young indigenous man searching for his ancestral identity, and thankful that Idle No More is happening to help him do that.
