chatting with blind kenny

Since his partner died in early September, Kenny has been living at Vic General Hospital. Today he told me the story of being handcuffed and dragged out of his own home the day after Linda’s funeral, then put into a straightjacket for 3 hours because he was “upset.” He also told me about the sight impaired housing he used to live in until he and Linda were moved out of it so it could be demolished to make way for a low income housing unit.
